We want you to love your artwork. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged or defective items
If your canvas arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it free of charge — no return shipping required.
Change of mind
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item
- The original delivery fee is not refundable
Custom and personalised pieces
Artwork printed to your own image, dimensions, or specification cannot be returned for change of mind — it has no resale value. Damage and defects are of course still covered.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned by the same method used for payment. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are arranged by bank transfer or wallet, and typically settle within 7–14 business days.
