Free delivery on orders over 3,000 EGP (4,000 EGP for remote areas).
How your artwork ships
Every canvas is made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for printing and stretching before dispatch.
Each piece is wrapped in protective foam, corner-guarded, and boxed in rigid packaging built for artwork.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we add the courier tracking number to your order and notify you by email.
Delivery attempts
Our courier will call before delivery. If nobody is reachable after two attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your artwork on delivery. If it arrives damaged, refuse the parcel or contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
